Ian Lohse brings strike-throwing lefty depth to Missouri
Lohse is a durable, strike-throwing left-hander whose best value is command and competitiveness: in the 2024 season, he logged 29.1 innings with 31 strikeouts against 11 walks, and Missouri notes he worked into the fourth inning in nearly every start while giving the Tigers a strong outing against Ole Miss. His profile is more crafty than overpowering, with a fastball/curve mix and a history of limiting damage when he stays in the zone, though injuries have trimmed some seasons. If you need a polished, veteran-style arm who can compete and give stable innings, he fits.
