6-foot-1 righty with transfer upside for UIW
Rand Green is a **redshirt freshman right-handed pitcher** at Incarnate Word who brings a compact 6-1, 185-pound frame and a transfer-path profile that suggests there’s still room for growth and role definition. UIW lists him as an RHP on its 2026 roster, and his earlier stops show he has already been through the transfer process, which can be a useful signal for maturity and adaptability. He’s the kind of arm to watch if you value **developmental upside**, mound toughness, and a pitcher who may be trending toward a bigger role rather than already being a finished product.[3][8][5]
