Adam Guazzo is trending as Valpo’s steady, strike-throwing righty with starter upside
In the 2026 season, Adam Guazzo has shown real value for Valparaiso as a RHP who can miss bats, limit free passes, and give the Beacons length; he was named an MVC Players to Watch pick and delivered his best outing on April 17, 2026 with 6 1/3 shutout innings, no walks, and six strikeouts. He followed that with a career-high seven innings and seven strikeouts on April 24, and his profile points to a durable, competitive arm with starter flexibility. If you want a physical, innings-eating right-hander who’s improved into a trustworthy rotation piece, he’s worth a close look.
