proven Evansville scoring guard with elite career production and leadership pedigree
Balentine was a high-usage **scoring guard** at Evansville, finishing his college career as the school’s all-time leading scorer with **2,464 points** and leading the Missouri Valley Conference in scoring for three straight seasons, which signals real shot-making and offensive carry ability.[2][4] He also paired that scoring with playmaking, posting **116 assists** in his junior season and 3.4 assists per game in the ESPN profile, suggesting a guard who can create for others rather than just hunt points.[1][3] For a team, he fits as a proven, competitive offensive engine with a track record of productivity and responsibility.[2][4]
