Zahir Porter brings 6'6" wing versatility and steady two-way utility to Weber State
Porter is a 6'6" guard/forward who gives Weber State size, positional flexibility, and a ready-made scoring profile; in the 2024-25 college season, ESPN listed him at 7.4 points, 2.1 rebounds, 1.0 assist, and 41.1% shooting, which points to a complementary wing who can finish efficiently rather than dominate usage. He also has pro experience overseas, so he should bring a more mature, battle-tested approach than a typical college transfer. If your team wants length, versatility, and a player who can slot into multiple roles without needing the ball to be effective, he is a useful fit.[1][4]
