Lawson Stricklin brings versatile upside, but the 2026 stat line says he’s still finding his footing
In the 2026 season, Lawson Stricklin is listed as a right-handed, 5-foot-11, 205-pound R-Jr. UTL for Tennessee Tech, and the current stat snapshot shows limited offensive production plus a pitching line of 13.0 IP, 14 K, 11 BB, 18 H, 4 HR, and a 7.62 ERA—numbers that suggest he’s more of a developing multi-role piece than a finished product. His value is versatility and roster flexibility, but a team should want him as a project with utility upside rather than an instant-impact bat.
