Nal'La Bennett brings efficient freshman shooting and steady guard play to Stony Brook
In the 2025-26 season, Nal'La Bennett played in 30 games for Stony Brook, averaging 3.4 points while shooting 36.1% from the field and 34.2% from three, with a perfect 6-for-6 mark at the line. She’s a compact, combo-guard type who can space the floor, hit timely threes, and stay composed in limited minutes; Stony Brook’s own notes also show she earned a first career start, a sign the staff trusts her. She looks like a useful fit for teams wanting a disciplined, low-drama guard who can grow into a bigger role.[1][2]
