Dequan Morris brings two-way juice and shot-making pop for UAPB
Dequan Morris has been a dependable, high-energy guard for Arkansas-Pine Bluff, known for steady scoring, active hands, and doing a bit of everything. In the 2020-21 season, he averaged 8.8 points, 4.3 rebounds, 22 steals, 10 assists, and 6 blocks, and he later flashed a 23-point, 4-steal outing against Ecclesia and a three-game stretch of 20-plus points in early 2022. The big differentiator: he’s not just a scorer — he impacts winning with defense, toughness, and momentum-changing plays, the kind of glue-guy profile coaches usually love.
