Andre Washington brings size, rim protection, and proven shot-blocking impact to ECU
Andre Washington is a classic interior anchor: a 7-foot center with real mass, rebounding feel, and the kind of rim protection that changes how opponents attack the paint. His past ECU profile showed he could start every game, rebound at a high rate, and lead the conference in blocks, which is the sort of defensive backbone coaches value most. He fits best as a team-first, paint-dominant big who can protect the rim, finish around the basket, and give you physicality without needing the offense to run through him.
