Explosive Memphis wing with pro scoring upside, but a checkered career arc
Adonis Thomas is a former Memphis Tigers guard-forward whose appeal has always been his scoring versatility and wing size, but he never fully translated that talent into a stable NBA role; ESPN lists him as a Memphis alum and RealGM shows him as an unrestricted free agent, while NBA/CBS career pages indicate his pro track has been inconsistent. The big reason to care: he’s the kind of athlete who could swing a game with shot-making and positional flexibility, but he’s more of a high-variance fit than a sure thing for teams needing dependable two-way production.
