Tre' Thomas is a veteran Coppin State guard with shot-making chops and steady backcourt value
Tre' Thomas has been a proven perimeter scorer for Coppin State, with past seasons showing he can stretch defenses and carry offensive load; in the 2016-17 season, he averaged 9.8 points, 2.3 rebounds and 0.8 assists in all 32 games, and he previously posted 10.3 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.4 assists in 2014-15. His differentiator is a ready-made scoring instinct from the guard spot, plus veteran experience and a team-first role that helped him earn minutes and starts early in his Coppin run. If you need a guard who can put the ball in the bucket without needing a long runway, he’s the kind of no-nonsense fit coaches tend to like.
