Kyle Finn brings veteran right-handed mound grit to Canisius
In the 2026 season, Kyle Finn has been a work-in-progress for Canisius, posting a 12.60 ERA across 5.0 innings with 4 strikeouts and 11 walks, but his value is bigger than one stat line: he’s a graduate-transfer right-hander with real college mileage, a background that includes strong runs at Niagara County CC and Old Dominion, and he’s trusted enough to get starts for the Griffs[1][2][12]. The pitch mix may be uneven right now, yet the profile says competitive, experienced, and battle-tested—someone who can help a staff with maturity, not just arm talent[2][12].
