Winthrop’s Intense 6’1” RHP with Elite Summer ERA and Transfer-Ready Fire
Alex Rosario, a 6’1” right-handed pitcher for the Winthrop Eagles, stands out not just for his elite 1.29 ERA with the Bocabeach Boys this summer, but for his relentless intensity and ‘transfer portal’ grit that screams team-ready fire. Unlike typical juniors, Rosario brings a rare blend of physical toughness (up to 22 IVB) and mental resilience, having bounced through NJCAA and SBC leagues while maintaining a 2.24 ERA in 2024 minor league play. His personality is defined by a ‘no-mess’ work ethic and a competitive edge that makes him a perfect fit for any team needing a high-intensity, battle-tested pitcher who thrives under pressure.
