Gretchen Trello brings proven power, on-base ability, and dual-role value to SIUE
In the 2026 season, SIUE senior Gretchen Trello is a second-team All-OVC outfielder/catcher whose .451 on-base percentage ties for the team lead, signaling a hitter who consistently gets aboard and can help drive offense. Her profile stands out for more than the box score: SIUE’s staff called her a potential “spark,” and her prior junior-college resume included Region 16 Player of the Year honors, 15 home runs, 59 RBIs, and a .439 average in 2024. She looks like a fit for teams needing mature, productive bats with versatility and competitive edge.[6][3]
