In the 2024-25 season, Jeffrey Mills was a reliable all-around starter for Air Force, averaging 5.5 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.4 assists while finishing third on the team with 27 made threes and second with 78 assists. His biggest differentiator is ball security and decision-making: he ranked fourth in the Mountain West in assist-to-turnover ratio, and Air Force also recognized him with its 2024 Bob Spear Award for excellence in basketball, academics and military performance.
