veteran Fordham bullpen arm with swing-and-miss flashes
In the 2026 season, Anthony Scarlata has been a low-volume but useful relief arm for Fordham, making five bullpen appearances and striking out five batters in 3.1 innings. His profile is defined by experience, deception, and a history of working multiple innings out of the pen, with a 2025 line that included 11 appearances, a 1-0 record, and 11 strikeouts in 14.0 innings. He also showed punch-out ability in scouting reports with a changeup/slider mix, which gives him some real matchup value. Not every outing has been clean, but the arm talent and bullpen versatility are real.
