Lashea Morlu is a two-way spark plug for South Carolina State
In the 2026 season, Lashea Morlu emerged as one of South Carolina State’s most dangerous bats, hitting .460 with a 1.183 OPS, 18-for-18 on steals, and 29 hits, while also producing in key MEAC games and earning weekly conference honors.[2][3][5] Her game stands out for speed, contact ability, and timely offense — the kind of player who can change a game with one swing or one swipe, and the kind of competitor coaches love because she brings energy, versatility, and a little chaos in the best way.[1][3][5]
