Quinn Murphy brings on-base grit and sneaky speed for Maine
In the 2025 season, Maine outfielder Quinn Murphy appeared in 39 games with 27 starts and hit .229/.336/.284, showing a patient approach that produced a .336 on-base percentage despite modest power. The left-handed hitter stands out more for pesty, lineup-moving baseball than loud tools: he can get on base, run, and make defenses work, which fits a team that values table-setting and pressure. He also flashed a knack for timely contact in 2026 game recaps, including multi-hit and RBI spots, so he looks like a useful everyday-style piece rather than a boom-or-bust bat.
