Virginia’s 6-8 edge rusher is turning quiet reps into loud impact
Koudelka is a long, rangy DE with real disruptive juice: in the 2025 season for Virginia, he posted 4 tackles, 1 sack, and 1 forced fumble through early October, building on a 2024 debut that also included a sack and forced fumble against SMU. At 6-foot-8 and 255 pounds, he’s the kind of edge presence who can mess with throwing lanes and create splash plays without needing a ton of volume. The chatter around him has centered on work ethic and steady development, which makes him a fit for teams wanting a high-motor, ceilingy defensive end who’s still ascending.
