Courtlynn Rideau Brings Size, Efficiency, and a Defensive Edge to LSU Alexandria
In the 2025-26 season, Courtlynn Rideau has been a steady 6-foot-1 forward for LSU Alexandria, appearing in 28 games and shooting .487 from the field while averaging 2.8 points and 2.3 rebounds per game. That stat line won’t blow up a scoreboard, but her value is in the glue-work: efficient finishing, physical presence, and the kind of reliable frontcourt minutes coaches love. If you want a tough, low-maintenance post piece who can defend, rebound, and stay within herself, Rideau looks like a fit.
