Jayden Sauray offers dual-threat upside and proven high-school production
Sauray is a former four-star Maryland QB prospect whose best selling point is dual-threat playmaking: at Wise High School he threw for 4,026 yards and 60 touchdowns while adding 908 rushing yards and 17 rushing scores, and later showed big-run ability with an 81-yard touchdown run at Delaware State in 2025. He brings legitimate athleticism, toughness, and some live-arm upside, but his college résumé is still thin because he did not log game action at Maryland before moving on. He looks like a fit for a program that wants an explosive, developmental quarterback rather than an immediate polished starter.
