Kentucky’s James Dalrymple brings all-purpose toughness, but the stat sheet is still waiting
James Dalrymple is a 5-foot-10, 199-pound Kentucky running back from Clarksville, Tenn., with a blue-collar profile: as a 2024 high school senior he topped 1,000 rushing yards, scored 12 rushing touchdowns, and also flashed as a passer and defender, showing real multi-role toughness. Kentucky lists him as a sophomore, but major stat trackers show no meaningful college game log yet, so his value right now is more about upside, compact power, and versatility than production. If you want a physical, multi-use back with room to grow, he’s a name worth watching.
