Stone Harrington has turned Texas Tech’s kicking game into a real weapon
In the 2025 season, Stone Harrington broke out as Texas Tech’s full-time placekicker, going 22-for-27 on field goals, 41-for-42 on PATs, and scoring 107 points while adding nine makes from 40-plus yards and three from beyond 50. He’s a legitimate difference-maker because he pairs range with reliability, and his kickoff value matters too — 75 of 102 kickoffs became touchbacks in 2025. The big-picture fit is clear: if a team wants a kicker with proven big-leg upside, pressure-proof production, and special-teams utility, Harrington looks like a strong one.
