small sample, sharp-shooting Furman guard with upside
In the 2025-26 season, Gunnar Lewis has only a tiny college sample — 3 games, 3.3 minutes per game, and 1.7 points per game — but he’s already flashed a perfect shooting line, hitting all of his field-goal and three-point attempts in limited action. The 5'10" freshman guard is a true perimeter piece to watch: compact, efficient, and likely valued for his shooting touch and guard skill rather than volume. The big question is playing time, not talent — if Furman needs a spark plug off the bench, Lewis fits the mold.
