Major Brignon brings contact-oriented infield value to UL Monroe
In his 2025 freshman season, Major Brignon hit .244 with a .333 on-base percentage, 16 RBI, 10 walks and 22 hits in 35 games, showing a disciplined, low-power profile rather than loud slugging. The differentiator is his ability to get on base, make enough contact to stay in the lineup, and handle everyday infield reps at 6'1", 190 pounds. For a team, he profiles as a steady, coachable depth piece with some run-production upside if his bat-to-ball consistency keeps improving.
