Lehigh's Steady Veteran Point Guard from the 2014-15 Era
Corey Schaefer, Lehigh Mountain Hawks' senior captain and backup point guard, was a key leader on the 2011-12 squad that set a school-record 27 wins, clinched the Patriot League title, and stunned Duke in the NCAA Tournament; career averages through his junior year included 5.2 PPG, 1.8 RPG, and 1.9 APG, with an elite 88.2% FT shooting (30-of-34) in one season. His leadership, championship experience, and reliable playmaking make him a differentiator for teams needing a gritty, high-character floor general—perfect fit for programs valuing intangibles over flash.
