Bryanna Preston is Texas’ steady change-of-pace guard with elite passing instincts
Preston is a high-IQ, pace-setting guard who has already shown she can organize an offense, attack off the dribble and make winning defensive plays for Texas. In the 2024-25 season, she averaged 4.4 points, 1.9 assists and 0.9 steals in 12.6 minutes per game, while shooting 47.4% from the field, and Texas highlighted that she logged 38 assists in her first 20 college games and shot just over 50% early in the year. She fits best as a smart, competitive floor general whose value goes beyond scoring.
