Dionna Gray is Kent State’s steady table-setter with a burst of big-game juice
In the 2024-25 season, Dionna Gray started all 28 games at point guard and ranked third in the MAC with 4.9 assists per game, the best mark by a Golden Flash since 2014-15; she also averaged 8.5 points, 3.8 rebounds and 29 steals. Her value goes beyond the box score: she’s a true floor general who can organize an offense, defend the ball and crank up the intensity when games tighten. She also showed upside in 2025 with a career-high 23 points, nine rebounds and nine assists in a near triple-double, making her a strong fit for teams that want a smart, tough lead guard.
