Robert Carter Jr. is a playmaking DB who can flip field position in a hurry
In the 2024 season, Robert Morris defensive back Robert Carter Jr. stood out as a true impact player, finishing with 42 tackles, 12 pass breakups, three interceptions, a pick-six, 22 kickoff returns for 588 yards, and a blocked kick across his RMU career with the Colonials[5][15]. He’s the kind of defender coaches love because he brings ball skills, return-game juice, and a knack for momentum-changing plays, including a viral interception against Utah State in the 2024 opener[4][9]. For a team that wants a competitive, versatile DB who can help on special teams and create chaos, Carter is a very appealing fit[5][9].
