Shon Briggs brings two-way size, toughness, and timely production to Bakersfield
In the 2017 season, Shon Briggs stood out for Cal State Bakersfield as a 6-6 guard/forward who could stretch the floor, rebound, and handle real minutes on a winning team; he averaged 6.8 points and 4.8 rebounds while shooting .491 from the field, and he earned All-WAC Newcomer honors[11][12]. His value goes beyond the box score: he was a reliable glue piece in big-game moments, made the Great Alaska Shootout All-Tournament team, and showed the kind of physical, team-first versatility that fits modern lineups nicely[10][14].
