Anthony Ruggiero brings speed, pop, and early-impact upside for Northeastern
Anthony Ruggiero has already flashed a useful blend of hit tool, speed, and gap-to-gap pop for Northeastern in the 2026 season, with early games showing he can create offense in multiple ways: he logged a double and two walks in his first career start, then broke through with his first career home run and a 2-for-6, 2-RBI day in a March win, and later added a 3-for-4, 4-RBI burst with a homer. He’s a left-handed bat with athleticism, base-running instincts, and enough versatility to matter if you want a player who can pressure defenses and keep the lineup moving.
