Alabama's Speedy SEC Star Who Lit Up the Court Before NBA Leap
Kira Lewis Jr. electrified the Alabama Crimson Tide as a sophomore in 2020, averaging 18.5 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 5.2 assists per game while earning First Team All-SEC honors—his blazing speed and playmaking dismantled defenses, capping the season with nearly 50% 3PT shooting over 7 games and multiple 25+ point explosions. High defensive upside with ~2 steals per game made him a lottery lock (13th pick by Pelicans). Care about this dynamic guard? His explosive athleticism and rim-attacking flair scream two-way potential for teams needing backcourt spark, though injury history like a prior ACL warrants caution.
