high-upside young WR with proven big-play traits
Stetson’s Malachi Lonnon entered the program as a freshman wide receiver in 2024, but publicly available college production is still extremely limited, so the tape-to-stats story leans more on his high school résumé: at New Hampstead in the 2023-24 season, he posted 967 receiving yards, 57 catches, 17.0 yards per catch, and 11 receiving touchdowns, with strong leaderboard placement in Georgia and Region 3 AAAA. That profile suggests a vertical threat with playmaking juice, but the big question for a college fit is whether he can translate that explosiveness into consistent FCS-level snaps and separation.
