Morehead State guard Emanuel Thompson brings size and versatility to the backcourt
Emanuel “Trell” Thompson was signed by Morehead State as a 6-foot-4 guard after playing at Southwest Mississippi Community College, giving the Eagles a bigger perimeter option with guard skills and switchable size.[2][3] His background suggests a two-way fit: he has been listed as a guard/wing at 6-5 in later college stops, which points to versatility, while his JUCO production and recruiting profile indicate a player who can handle multiple roles rather than being a one-dimensional scorer.[3][6][8] For a team, he fits best if you want length, adaptability, and a mature transfer with experience against college competition.[2][6]
