High-Intensity Veteran Wing Guard Trying to Find His Two-Way Groove at Southern
Keith Lamar is a senior wing guard for Southern whose value is more about defensive activity and positional flexibility than scoring volume; in the 2026 season, he has logged 5 games with modest production but strong steal/block activity for his minutes, while his efficiency numbers have been rough[1]. The takeaway: he looks like a glue-guy, physical perimeter defender who can bring energy and cover multiple roles, but he still needs to prove consistent shooting and offensive impact to be a clear fit for a high-usage team.
