Yvens Paul is EKU’s low-usage, high-efficiency frontcourt glue guy
In the 2025-26 season, Yvens Paul has been a quietly valuable Eastern Kentucky forward, producing efficient scoring and steady defense in a support role. EKU lists him at 6-foot-7, 220 pounds, and their 2024-25 materials show his calling card is rim protection: he led the team and ranked second in the ASUN with 1.17 blocks per game, while also shooting 72% from the field. That blend of length, shot-blocking, and finish-at-the-rim efficiency makes him an easy fit for a team needing energy, toughness, and defensive disruption rather than a high-volume scorer.
