Ball-Hawking Freshman DB on the Rise at CCSU
Christopher Jean flashed immediate playmaking ability for Central Connecticut in the 2024 season, finishing with 4 interceptions and a school-record-tying 3-interception game in the NEC title game against Duquesne, where he helped clinch the Blue Devils’ playoff berth.[1][3] At 5'9", 170, he looks like a feisty, instinctive defensive back who thrives on route recognition, urgency, and turning coverage snaps into takeaways.[1][3] If you need a young DB with proven ball skills and big-game temperament, Jean is worth a hard look.
