Versatile Indiana-bred forward with a high-motor, all-around game
Brachen Hazen arrived at Arkansas as a three-star, top-10 Indiana prospect and a No. 50 small forward in the 2016 class, with a high-school résumé built on production and versatility—16.1 points, 9.3 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.8 blocks as a senior. That profile screams glue guy: a combo forward who can score, rebound, defend multiple spots and bring energy. The catch is that his college impact was limited early (just 14 games as a freshman at Arkansas), so if Ball State is banking on him, the appeal is upside, toughness and multi-positional fit more than proven high-level output.
