Virginia Tech's All-ACC Utility Star Powering Hokies' 2026 Run
Kylie Aldridge, Virginia Tech's versatile catcher/utility standout, earned 2026 All-ACC honors (announced 4/4/26) for her clutch play and elite on-base skills, building on her 2023 stats of .393 OBP and .833 OPS in 52 games; her speed—potentially the fastest in softball per Hokie highlights—and high school pedigree (.995 fielding pct, top-372 nationally) make her a dynamic, reliable fit for any team needing intensity, multi-positional flexibility, and postseason grit as seen in recent media buzz ahead of regionals.
