Fraser Smith brings two-way value, but the real appeal is his all-around athlete profile
Smith enters Dartmouth as a right-handed pitcher with a strong multi-sport background and a reputation for academic and athletic excellence, highlighted by Colorado Academy’s Zach Hills Award. His measurable tools suggest upside—Prep Baseball reports a 77.9 mph exit velocity max, 7.61-second 60-yard dash, and 70 infield velo—but public scouting data is still limited, so his biggest differentiator right now is projection and versatility rather than a long statistical track record. If you want a development-focused arm with competitive carry and room to grow, he looks like a sensible fit.
