Cameron Novak brings Miami (OH) depth with a strike-throwing right arm
Novak’s 2026 line for Miami (OH) shows a starter still finding his footing, but his profile is useful: he’s getting innings, attacks the zone, and has enough strikeout ability to compete against Division I hitters, which makes him more of a development piece than an immediate headline arm[1][3]. Perfect Game lists him as a Class of 2025 arm, and Miami’s roster ties him to the program’s pitching mix; the broader takeaway is that he projects as a usable RHP for a staff that values command, repeatability, and upside over flash[2][3].
