Callum McRae brings efficient interior scoring and rebounding grit to Sacramento State
McRae is a productive, low-drama center whose game is built on efficient finishing, defensive rebounding, and steady frontcourt presence. Across his Division I career, he has posted strong field-goal percentages and reliable double-double potential, highlighted by a 2022-23 season at Sacramento State when he averaged 12.9 points, 9.3 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 0.9 blocks while starting all 32 games.[2] Earlier at UC Riverside, he was also recognized as a third-team All-Big Sky selection and showed he can anchor a lineup for heavy minutes. [2][4] He fits teams needing size, consistency, and a physical paint presence more than perimeter flash.[2][4]
