Ryan Bilka gives Miami a battle-tested, multi-inning bullpen arm with swing-and-miss stuff
Bilka’s calling card is run prevention and versatility: in the 2025 season at Richmond, he posted a 2.18 ERA, 0.90 WHIP, 57 strikeouts and a .193 opponent batting average across 62 innings, and Miami even put him on the NCBWA Stopper of the Year preseason watch list. He’s a right-hander with starter/reliever experience, a fastball that sits 90–95 mph and touches 96, plus a slider and changeup, which makes him a strong fit if you want a veteran arm who can cover multiple innings and attack hitters with power and command.
