Perrin Ketchin is a high-IQ, playmaking Wofford defensive back with special-teams juice
In the 2025 season, Perrin Ketchin was a redshirt freshman defensive back for Wofford who also flashed game-changing instincts on special teams, including a blocked-punt touchdown return against South Carolina State. His high-school résumé at Lucy Beckham showed ball skills and range — 6 interceptions, 15 pass breakups, and 44 tackles as a senior — and he was recognized as a National Honor Society member, which fits the “smart, reliable, sharp processor” profile coaches love. He looks like a good fit for a team that values versatility, effort, and disruptive backend play rather than pure splashy measurables.
