Evan Carter brings 1,000-point pedigree and 2x all-state edge to Erskine’s front line
Carter arrives at Erskine in the 2025-26 season as a 6'4", 190-pound redshirt freshman forward with a proven scorer’s résumé from Cardinal Newman School, where he was a 2023-24 SCISA state champion, two-time all-state selection, two-time all-star, and topped 1,000 career points. He looks like a fit if your team wants size, scoring pedigree, and winning habits; the differentiator is that he already has a decorated high-school track record and a forward frame that can grow into more physical college basketball. That said, there isn’t enough publicly available college production yet to judge his current on-court impact.
