Lee Turnipseed brings left-right versatility and infield depth to Charleston Southern
Lee Turnipseed is listed on Charleston Southern’s 2026 roster as a 5-foot-11, 180-pound freshman infielder, with the kind of multi-side profile teams love because it usually points to steady contact skills and lineup flexibility[1]. Prep Baseball Report also lists him as a 2025 South Carolina infield prospect, which supports the idea that he’s a developmental depth piece with room to grow into a reliable college bat and defender[2]. The fit question is simple: if a team needs a versatile infield option who can develop into a grinder, Turnipseed looks like a worthwhile bet[1][2].
