Freshman guard Mya Thompson adds depth for Franklin
Mya Thompson is a 5'4" freshman guard for Franklin in the 2025-26 season, and her early stat line is tiny but clean: 1 game, 3.0 minutes, 1 rebound, 1 assist, and no turnovers or points yet.[1][2] The takeaway is more about profile than production right now—she brings guard depth, ball-handling, and low-mistake utility, but there isn’t enough game action yet to draw strong conclusions about scoring upside or role expansion.[1][2][4] If Franklin wants a steady, developmental backcourt piece with upside, she’s a name to track.
