Rim Protection, Efficiency, and a Proven WCC Big-Man Profile
In the 2019-20 season, Shaquillo Fritz gave Pacific a low-usage, high-efficiency frontcourt presence: he played 30 games, led the team with a 69.6% field-goal percentage, and ranked second with 26 blocks and fourth with 98 rebounds. He was a classic interior anchor—active around the rim, dependable finishing, and disruptive as a shot blocker—while also showing a strong motor in limited minutes. For a team needing defense, size, and efficiency more than touches, that’s a pretty tidy package.
