Crystal Schultz is Prairie View A&M’s rising shot-maker and freshman spark
Schultz emerged as Prairie View A&M’s Freshman of the Year in the SWAC after a debut season built on efficient perimeter scoring, knocking down 51 threes, shooting 88.2% at the line, and averaging 9.3 points per game in 2024-25. By early 2026, her role had clearly expanded—she was averaging 14.4 points per game and had already posted 20- and 22-point outings—showing she can handle a bigger offensive load. She looks like a good fit for a team needing a confident guard who can stretch the floor, score in bunches, and grow into a leadership role.
