High-upside edge with blue-chip pedigree, but still a fresh college sample
In the 2025 season, Javion Hilson appeared in three games for Missouri and was credited with one assisted tackle, so the on-field sample is tiny, but the recruiting profile is loud: he arrived as one of the Tigers’ top-ranked signees and a national top-edge prospect. His appeal is length, explosiveness and pass-rush upside, with enough athletic ceiling to develop into a disruptive DE if he sharpens his consistency. The catch: he has not yet logged meaningful college production, so he remains a projection-heavy addition rather than an instant-impact sure thing.
